If the damage occurs within 90 days from the time your item arrives, we will make all the repairs at no cost for you - maximum one repair per order. If damage occurs after 90 days from the time your item arrives, will let you know in advance of any repair charges.
90-day guarantee excludes all damage caused by neglect, abuse or excessive wear and tear. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Ivy Jewelry.
Please do not forget to use a trackable shipping method and insure the package for the full purchase price of the merchandise when sending a package to Ivy Jewelry. We do not accept COD packages. Ivy Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
