We only accept returns of merchandise in unworn and pristine condition. Please read our Exchanges & Returns Policy below.

Ivy Jewelry wants you to be happy with your jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, Ivy Jewelry will gladly accept back merchandise in unworn and pristine condition 14 days from the time your item arrives. These items may be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Any items in unworn and pristine condition returned to us after 14 days from the time your item arrives, will only be eligible for store credit or exchange at our discretion.

Used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All sale, engraved, and custom jewelry orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ivy Jewelry will refund, exchange, or issue store credit once your return is processed, typically within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Only the price of the merchandise will be credited. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@ivy-jewelry.com or +1 (929) 213-1117. Please include the order number, your full contact information, the reason for return, and the arrival date of the merchandise in your correspondence.

If your return is accepted, Ivy Jewelry will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Merchandise sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Returns

You must have a return authorization from Ivy Jewelry before shipping your merchandise back.

If your return is accepted, Ivy Jewelry will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Merchandise sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ivy Jewelry recommends using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full amount of the merchandise. We do not accept COD packages. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Returned merchandise is delicate and must be sent in original packaging. For a full reimbursement (less original shipping), items returned must be in the same condition as they were when sent to you.
